Pro(duction)
Production (2022) is a workshop designed to provide emerging artists with the tools and know-how to navigate fundraising and bring their own projects to life.
The workshop took place on October 22, 2022, at Kanal Galerii in Tartu, Estonia. At the invitation of De Structura, the workshop was the result of a two-year partnership built on a shared goal: to create supportive spaces where artists can learn, connect, and make their ideas happen.
In this 5-hour-long workshop, I guided participants through real-life case studies, shared practical tips, and introduced a flexible project management framework they could adapt to their own projects.
Through interactive discussions, hands-on activities, and collaborative exercises, attendees developed practical skills in key areas like grant writing, budgeting, project management, and artists’ rights.
