Painful Funding (2022) is an episode of De Podcastura where I joined the host Anastasia Lemberg-Lvova to dive into the struggles of funding in the arts and culture sector. It marks my first appearance on a podcast.

As a guest of De Structura, I was invited to talk about my experiences as a young cultural manager in the Netherlands. In an honest and personal conversation, I spoke about the challenges of working in the creative sector and how the traditional education system often leaves artists unprepared to deal with funding realities.
