InTake - Interdisciplinary Art Forms
InTake - Interdisciplinary Art Forms (2019) is a multidisciplinary art festival bringing together immersive artworks that activate all the human senses.
The festival took place on May 17-18, 2019, at Quartair - Contemporary Art Initiatives in The Hague, Netherlands.
As curator of InTake - Interdisciplinary Art Forms, I curated a two-day program showcasing artists at the intersection of performative arts, visual arts and technology. The festival created new ways of discourse by placing the experience of the audience, human relations and the social context in which such relations arise as indispensable to the completion of the artworks.
InTake - Interdisciplinary Art Forms showcased works by Leonie Schneider, Lydia Buijs, Martin Gabriel, Sarah Atzori, Miro Bollen, Görkem Arıkan, Laura Maneiro, Yung-Tuan Ku, Dorota Matejová, Bimetric, Iliada Charalambous, Ana Francisca Costa, Pietertje van Splunter, and Ymke Vertelman.
